Berketex Bride Sale Weekend
Berketex Bride has a whopping 50 years of experience in creating stunning bridal gowns to suit all brides and budgets. With almost 40 stores all across the UK and Ireland, you are always within easy reach to sample their dazzling range and impeccable expertise. As if that wasn’t reason enough to head off to your nearest store, this weekend (Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd August) they are having a massive clearance sale with dresses from as little as a miniscule £99!
In light of this exciting news, I have had a nose around their collections to show you a sneak peek at what could possibly be your biggest bargain.
This “Sandra” dress is just perfect for brides who want to make a statement. Reminiscent of Ginger Rogers, it has elegant touches of 1930s Hollywood guaranteed to leave your guests speechless. The ruched bodice tucks in your stomach, creating a beautiful hourglass shape whilst the dramatic ruffles elegantly cascade to the floor. The asymmetrical waistline is very in-style right now and the little brooch at the hip adds a little simple bling to the outfit. A beautifully flattering gown, accessorise minimally to maintain the skirt’s powerful look.
If you prefer something a little more classic, how about “Marie”? The halterneck strap is perfect for brides who would like a little more support, whilst still look effortlessly chic. The simple bodice defines the bust and waist with the skirt flaring out into a floaty A-line skirt: guaranteed to make you feel every inch the star. The beauty of this dress is the versatility- it can be accessorised any which way to fit in with any theme.
Then again, what if you fancy something a bit more playful and informal? “Jocelyn” is the perfect dress for this. A tea-length style (so you can show everyone your fancy new shoes!) is ideal for the bride who wants more freedom from her dress. The cute sash and bow at the waist is just adorable and the floral embroidery is cute as a button. With a floaty chiffon overlay, this dress would look lovely at summer garden weddings.
It’s not all bridal dresses, however. There is also an extensive range of bridesmaid dresses and Kendall Formalwear for the men in your party.
One word of warning: It is advised that you get in touch with your nearest store to arrange an appointment. This can also be done on their website, where you can also see more of their collections. Also remember that the dress you fall in love with may not be available in your local Berketex.
Grab your maid of honour and mother, pile in the car and head down to your nearest Berketex this weekend. You may well grab the dress of your dreams for under £100! Think of all the shoes you could buy with the money left over!

I love that Sandra dress. I am really into delicate frills in floaty fabrics at the moment.
